I have known Michelle through our local Buy Nothing Project group for a couple of years. When we were doing research to sell in the next couple of years I asked if she would come by and give me some input (not expecting to sell so quickly) but wanted to be prepared when we did so we could make changes along the way. When she walked through he house and gave me feedback I knew she would be the right person to sell when we were ready. Things happened with our jobs unexpectedly so we decided to go ahead and make the transition to another state.
